Our Property Management Company is called Hartlepool Revival Limited. Hartlepool Revival own a number of Residential and Commercial units in the centre of Hartlepool and are all let at affordable rates.
Hartlepool Revival was originally formed in 2003 as a housing regeneration company to carry out NDC development works. In March 2009, Hartlepool Revival was acquired as the first wholly owned trading subsidiary of the Trust. Under the NDC Trust name, Hartlepool Revival maintains its objective of reviving both residential and commercial properties in local areas.
